AREA: These values, although close, are approximates. Square footage area encompasses the room’s entire space. The result compensates for odd polygon shaped rooms that may have more than four sides and angled walls, including closet space and alcoves. The dimensions that follows (in parentheses) only represents the main common living area of each room. Measurements were taken linearly, where the span from opposing walls was the greatest. Angled walls and closet space was negated in the resultant figure.
RATES: No hidden fees. Unlike most hotels, the taxes are already included in the price!

← Rate Table Breakdown
The table lists each room, its maximum occupant capacity, and per night pricing based on either a weekday or weekend stay-over, depending.
In most cases, Weekday rates will range from Monday through Thursday and will include Sundays. We define the Weekend as being Friday and Saturday night stay-overs. However, in cases where your stay falls on a Holiday the rates will mirror that of a Weekend - even if it falls on a weekday. For example, Labor Day is on a Monday. If you book for the Sunday night prior, the Sunday will essentially default to having a Weekend rate. Holidays (and their days pre or post, depending) charged as Weekends may include: New Years Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, & Christmas Day. Rates may change without notice.
Smoking inside the Elliot Rose Guesthouse and/or tampering with our smoke & carbon monoxide detectors is prohibited and strictly enforced. A $250 dollar fine will be billed to the violator's party as “damage to property”. This fee will help cover any additional cleaning, de-odorizing, re-painting and/or the associated labor of having to eliminate the residual effect of the guest’s actions.
Damage of property as a result of its abuse or mistreatment....
Excessive noise resulting in the discomfort or annoyance of our guests or neighbors is prohibited.
Theft of property will be dealt with in accordance with the law.
